Glamping accommodation at the A Song of Oak & Ash retreat, from 11th to 15th September 2025 at The Big Shed, Tombreck Farm, Perthshire, Scotland.

The glamping package entitles you to solo accommodation in your own private bell tent on-site at he retreat. If you requite shared bell tent accommodation, please purchase the regular Glamping Add-On.

A camping cot will be provided; you will need to bring a sleeping bag, hot water bottle, blankets, pillows etc and whatever else you need to be comfortable (more is better).

If you are unable to bring bedding, we can arrange hire. Get in touch with us in plenty of time.

Hot showers and tea/coffee will always be available in the main building.

If this all sounds like it might be too much for you, you might consider booking nearby BnB/hotel accommodation.

Event Terms and Conditions

Please review the terms and conditions carefully before booking, in particular the cancellation policy (quoted below).

Cancellation Policy:

If the booking is cancelled by the client (for any reason) the following charges will arise:

a) Cancellation more than 8 weeks before the event starts, 50% of the fee will be refunded assuming it has been paid, minus the non-refundable deposit payment. 

b) Cancellation 8 weeks or less before the event, the fee is non-refundable.

c) In the event of an early departure or drop out by the client from the retreat after it has commenced, no refund will be given.

The client acknowledges that it is reasonable for such penalties to arise given the need for the hosts to make preparations for a retreat substantially in advance of the start date.
